I have Just finished a custom made jacket for R&B musician, during the custom design process I have decided to work on the shoulder line. it suites the shape of the jacket and Creates a glimmer look. I have add Metal links with blue fringes and on the edges some metal fringes hanging done to complite the glimmer look.
